10 Awesome Ideas for Your Toddler’s Easter Basket
Easter is just around the corner, do you have an Easter basket ready for your toddler?
I’m one of those people that starts getting ready for things way WAY in advance because I get so excited by the whole planning process. So, most of my Christmas shopping is done before Halloween every year, my husband’s birthday present is bought several months in advance…you get the idea. This Easter has been no different, especially since it’s the first one that my daughter will have where she can actually walk around and do an Easter egg hunt, and where she’s now beginning to understand the concept of presents. That being said, I went a little crazy with her Easter basket this year, and I can’t wait for her to find it on Easter morning!
Goldfish snack boxes
We try to stay away from giving our toddler sweets and candy, but no Easter basket is complete without a little treat! Goldfish snack boxes are the perfect size for baskets, and who doesn’t love goldfish crackers? Plus, the way she says “fishy” is absolutely adorable!
My daughter LOVES being outside all the time, and one of her favorite things to do is follow me and her daddy around the yard and “help” us do the gardening. She likes to put on our garden gloves and help daddy water the plants. So, we got her this sweet little garden set that I know she’ll love.
Egg shaped Crayons
These egg shaped crayons are not only great for an Easter basket, but are super easy for little hands to hold and great for creating their first works of art!
No coloring set is complete without some color books! My daughter loves Mickey and Minnie, so this set of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse coloring books are perfect for her!
Oh my gosh does my kiddo love stickers! These sticker books are great for little fingers because they are “puffy” and reusable, and the book folds out into a farm scene for more space to create!
We take bubbles with us pretty much wherever we go that we’re going to be outside. We were going through them pretty quickly because my daughter always knocks over and spills the bubble container, until I found these Fubbles No-Spill bubbles! The perfect solution for messy toddlers!
Kids love blowing on pinwheels, and as a bonus you can use them to decorate your yard or in your nursery, like we did in ours, pictured below.
Egg Dropping Hen
Have you seen this Egg Dropping Hen before? She’s hilarious, and I know my daughter will get super excited whenever she sings and lays an egg.
Because no Easter basket is complete without a set of bunny ears! We got some last year and she looked so cute in them!
